Haroon Ali is an Australian technology and security advisor whose work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and executive decision-making. Dubai-born, an Australian citizen and a UAE resident, he has spent more than two decades working across APAC, the GCC and EMEA - with government organisations, multinational environments, institutional investors and private principals.

His background is unusually broad at the hands-on end: he has trained law-enforcement agencies internationally in cyber and crypto crime investigation, holds advanced qualifications in intelligence, counter-terrorism and international security, and is a certified ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor and Implementer. That operational grounding shapes the advice he gives at the strategic end - counsel that is technically literate, commercially realistic and independent of any product agenda.

Today his work spans board and executive advisory, AI adoption and governance, AI security, autonomous-agent risk, cybersecurity strategy and resilience, national cybersecurity and hybrid threats, and discreet digital-risk advisory for high-profile individuals and families. He helps leaders decide what AI should do, what it should never do, and where human accountability remains.

He also leads Blackstone Private, an independent digital-risk advisory serving UHNW families, executives, public figures and other exposed individuals worldwide.
